Reran the process on my TEST server.... got this:

thought it might be a server level problem (TEST is on 502, PROD is on hight 490s)
FWIW... think this is the only program with SearchFile in it !!!!!

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
