So, I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at. Do these E11s only happen during the 7am running of this program? If so, have you checked to see if there are any scheduled tasks running at this time that could interfere with the file server. Anything like a virus scanner or backup program that could lock a Comet file would be a problem.
