After a little more research this morning, I found the customer some how has a CMONITOR and a QMONITOR with a 1-1-85 date on them. Not sure why this is, but it is. The REL and UTL are ver 0301, but files have a 1-1-85 date on them if viewed in windows file explorer. If viewed in Comet they have a "Create" date of 1-6-3 and an "Update" date of 1-1-85. Strange, huh? I compared these two files with the one's on our server (REL ver 0402) and found the sizes were exactly the same (cmonitor: 2268, qmonitor: 21924).

We have not yet upgraded all their workstations to Comet 2004. Only the CometAW host machines have been, because after the new license.txt file was installed with the new 2004 licenses, CA will only run with 2004. Upgrading them to 2004 is bit of a project because they have 88 PC's and still have a few older Win98 machines still out there. I usually do not like to mix and match REL's and UTL's. But maybe installing the latest REL will correct this problem. What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks,

Jim Barbaruolo
