1) don't think its the Print Spooler. When the connection to the printer is reestablished, the spooled docs begin to print.

2) the File field is empty, 99%

The two programs, also 99%, that end up in the ErrorLog (QE6P and QRP1P, PO Print and PO Reprint) both run in background.
