There aren't too many ways you can get E54. They are:
on OPEN using KEY= and an invalid key name is used
on CREATEKEY if the file is not extended key or is not empty
on PRINT or WRITE to an object file
on DELETE if it's not a keyed file
on DocMgr print if error on creating new archive
I am suspicious of SP2. Are you certain you don't have a file by that name - other than the archive file?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
