Welcome back, Bob! In order for a workstation to be able to print to an archive its user must have access to the archive folder and to the printer configured for that archive. In addition to checking the Comet.ini file make sure any QMONITOR password entered doesn't drop access to the archive folder.
What makes you think the workstations don't have access to all the printers?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
