Showroom personnel are notoriously low-tech. Their current process is to complete the memo order, walk in to the back room and tear off their form. Any change to that will cause issues. Since the form is still coming out, what's the downside to leaving as is? Huge ERRORLOG file and CPU resources being chewed up?
