I do not think this has anything to do with the virtual dongle. Our log shows they are checking in with our dongle server on a regular basis successfully. You can look at the CSecSrv.log to see if the Security Server shows any errors to verify this.

Was there a C32Errors.log or C32Errors.dmp in the "System Logs" folder for today?
