I'm away on vacation but I did find this info on the Systems Requirements page: "parallel port must be configured at one of the following addresses: 0x0378, 0x0278, 0x03BC, 0x1278, or 0x1378".

That's the best I can do for now. Honestly the parallel port dongle is no longer supported. We don't have a way to debug it anymore.
