Comet Database server crash...>

End-user running 16.0 services and .501/16.00 Comet. Got emails that everybody was kicked out of Comet. Connected to their Win2012 Server and found DatabaseUI with red circle. Restarted services, still no database server. Stopped services and gathered logs, tried starting services again and had success. Logs attached, really not sure what's going on.
