Barbara,

I've tried everything I can think of.

I upgraded them to 2002, build 320.

I've put "errorto 1100" in the program so that if it receives an error it will simply return and ready another record and it still errors out.

Ran KEYCHK on the file and it reports no errors.

I've erased the file and started over.

I've tried restarted at the next record after the error.

I'm Lost.
