FYI - the whole thing started because IT Guy couldn't get /PN=MFG02 to work. Comet said "already in use". Last night he went to do a Comet Services restart and realized there were zero users. Turns out he had given out MFG02 to another user and didn't update the user info in the Comet.INI :)
