I have an old version of PTRDLG that actually shows the paper sources (for Windows printing).

I use it a lot for tray selection on HP printers

Attached is the C16 object. I just tested it on a Comet32 2017.508 on a Windows 7 Pro x64 and it still worked. Not sure if I have the proper source. Let me know if you really need it.

You may have to press ENTER once before the dialog appears.
