CosWGlob.ini

In Grant's recent post about E30 he asked about setting Log=1 for the CosP log globally in CosWGlob.ini. In looking in to this I think I've discovered that CosWGlob settings for both CosP and CosW that expect a single digit value (0/1) have never worked properly! The only way it would work is if you have ExclusiveIni=1 in CosWGlob.ini. The one exception to this is Force32. It is only looked for in CosWGlob. For all other settings, even if it found a setting in CosWGlob.ini such as Log=1 it ignored it and went on to check the CosW.ini. I am surprised nobody has noticed this before as it appears to have always been this way. I guess I should change it to make it work as I think it should. Any comments? Is anyone using CosWGlob.ini?
