Hi Brian, Thanks for your feedback. WAN connection to our remote office is a 128Kb dedicated link. In saying that changes to our router and world wide network infrastructure may be the cause. We will look at prioritising or packet-shaping TCP packets for port 11751 and/or increasing our bandwidth to 256kb connection. I appreciate your help.
