The FileError is a Windows error code. Below is a link to their definitions. This link is also at the bottom of the error chart in the IB (CopyFile) FileError doc. When looking at the Windows error list, use the decimal value.
The FuncError is a Comet error. Those should be listed for each function in the IB doc. Generally these values are very small. Have you really seen a FuncError > 255? If so maybe I can find it for you if you tell me the mnemonic and the FuncError value you are getting.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
