TLS is a security layer on top of smtp that is used by a lot of email services. You can google it for more information. If the smtp server requires it you can only do this with Comet32. The TLS command is added to your email.ini file. See link below.

In order to figure out what your email problem is we will need to see the portion of the Comet.log for the time when the failure occurs. Same for the corresponding email.log - just the portion from when the failure occurred. Might also be helpful to see how the email printer is configured.
