Pretty weird. Comet is definitely being told by Windows that it's version 2000. Any chance you have a dual boot configuration on this server? Maybe the old Win 2000 is still out there. Maybe under an RDP user's login? I see the temp folder has the characteristic "/1" folder in its path that you'd see in an RDP situation.
