Interesting. I did reproduce this when using "delete after copy". Without the delete it seems to work fine. I'm guessing there's some sort of timing issue with the updating of the list control after deleting the doc from the list and then retrieving the name of the next doc in the list. I'll look in to it some more.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
