does COMET care if I have use a Key Variable that is longer than the actual key for this index?
the I00 is 26
the I01 is 46
the I02 is 40
my KEY.FILE$ was defined against I00
when I OPEN I01, the key gets truncated and goes in a speedy loop as the KEY() never changes...
will changing the LENGTH of the KEY to the maximum KEY cause any problems, or must I use different keys depending which index I open?
just in passing... multiple indices are WAY 2 KEWL!
