Hi Lou. If you're using the BMP.IBS program then make sure you specify the .JPG extension with the filename otherwise it defaults to .BMP. If the file is not valid then the IMAGE.IBS program would initially display a gray frame with nothing inside. You should also make sure your Windows Explorer is configured to show file extensions that it knows about. By default I believe this is NOT the case.
