Barb,

Here is a snip of your ini file, It looks to me like you can only get to
the spool SSR because that is the only spool that is represented both in
the spooler section and the directories section.

Here is the ini file. I can't see anything wrong. If you go to the
spool #26, the old jobs are there but if I try to print to any of the
spools, I get an error 81

You must have the spool directory also accessed by the user as one of
her DABS. If you do not find the problem in your ini file and qmonitor
security setup, send them to us and we will help you.
