Comet Server Products - Server Alias

Is it possible to specify the servername to the Comet Database and Security Server? In addition to my desktop name (JEFFDESKTOP), I have an alias name as well (SERVER). My CFG files all specify the path name \\SERVER\COMET. In Windows Explorer, I can browse using that UNC name just fine. The issue is, when the Comet server products start, they pick up the JEFFDESKTOP name. Can I somehow instruct the server products to use the SERVER name?
