The reason I suggested looking at the Comet.log was just to see what programs were running at the time of the file server crash. If you're running a recent version of Comet32 all RUNs and ENTERs are logged on the Comet.log. I mentioned CA because if most of your users are CA clients there's only 1 Comet log (on the CA host) that logs all those clients. On other systems each Comet user would have their own log and you'd really have to look at all of them to see all the programs that were running at the time of the crash.
