Having a problem with SNAPSHOT at one customer. My developer and other customers run OK.
All program versions are the same. Both on latest versions.
1) open GLWOP in MAINT
2) try to run GAA which wants to LOCK the GLWOP file
3) on E7 or E11 file name is sent to # buffer
4) WEXFILE2 in ENTER'd
5) temp SNAPSHOT file is created and screen showing user where GLWOP is open is displayed
On my developer system three "L" records are created in the temp file. At this one customer only one "L" record is created. Coincidentally? it's the temp file.
Customer has lots of DocMgr directories. GLWOP is on LUN 13 and the temp file is on LUN 43. INI has 65 directories.
On my developer system, GLWOP is on LUN 7 and the temp file is on LUN 11. Other customers are simple setups too.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
