I am using image.ibs not bmp.ibs.
My server is Windows 2000. The CA workstation is running on NT. NT was not displaying the .jpg. I took off the hide capability and restarted the NT system. I checked Explorer and the extension was there - 11140.jpg but I got the grayed out window with 11140.jpg but no image. I checked Explorer again in NT and the .jpg was there but no image. The directory was CAfiles Catemp and CAtools. The directory structure was Comet
