BIG 338 printing problem

Installed CSP.406 and C2K4.338 on my laptop. CSP.406 on my server and C2K4.338 on my desktop.

On both systems print jobs are hanging. Tried CED and DIRCAT. CED never displays the (WC) completed message. Programs respond to F3/F10. Print job hangs in Printer's folder until Comet is closed. Print icon in System Tray is printer with red "?".

Windows Test Page OK on both systems.

Reinstalled C2K4.337 on both PC's and print function returns to normal.
