Thanks Robert for the post from way-back-when regarding archiving a legacy spooler. Turned an SP1 that was up to job 99815 into SPA with the rename of SP1JOBS to SPAJOBS and a command prompt rename of *.SP1 to *.SPA User has started up SP1, it was empty and his first spooled job came up as 00001. Doesn't answer the question as to why they haven't moved over to Doc Manager yet, but they are a long-time user (Q machines, early 80's ) and move at a very slow pace.
