How about a new Windows version.
1) ListView where you can sort by name etc.
2) Last Access date. Would help cleanup old/multiple entries.
3) group selection and delete
4) group selection to move to Excluded and Back
5) ability to edit the user name
5) change Excluded to Inactive with appropriate message to user
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
