User PC locked out of Comet...>

Interesting issue at an end-user, comet.log showing issue attached. Office Manager said something happened on Friday due to the violent weather in the northeast. Something odd does show in Comet.log, issue with CosP??? However, the result is that the PC can not connect to the Security Server. PC sees the network, can ping the internal IP address, all is good except that it says the Security Server is not found when trying to run Comet. Vsn 17.0 of Services, Comet .511 Do I have to restart Services?
