what's an E53 in Comet32 IB Compile?

got an E53 in a Comet32 IB Compile
can't find it in the wiki
first guess:
SELECT CASE Selected$(Order.Header)
where order header is a DAB
SET ORDER.HEADER = 10

will copy to an unsubscripted variable and try to forge on
