Comet PDF driver

Tried a new "Comet PDF" install with latest driver from Bull Zip. Looks like something has changed. It was creating a user.ini file with entries that are different from what was in settings.ini.

Went back to the 2015 driver.

Also had to download and install all the "free distribution" stuff separately. The new Sophos router was unhappy about installing from the Internet.
