Forcing Comet32 on XP

Is there a way to Force Comet32 on Win32 computers from the server level (dot-ini file?) or SYSGEN?

If so, is there a way to force /16 on individual stations?

Don't want to hunt all Computers to add /32 to the startup shortcut.


Windows XP 32, Windows 7 64 running Comet 2017.512 & CometServe 16.00/18.00
