It probably won't matter. The client's browser is counting the number of recipients and if above some threshold, the email is flagged as spam. Try changing all the cc's to bcc's.

How many recipients are you attempting to send to? Try cutting this number until the mail is not flagged.

Remember that you ARE sending spam. Here is an article that attempts to explain this.
