Probably the fastest way to do this would be to restore the keyed file from the most recent backup. Then, if any docs have been added to the archive since the backup you'd have to manually import those from DocMgr. The keyed file you want will be named the same as the archive. Be sure to restore the .i00 part of the file as well. If you don't have a backup then I can tell you how you might go about writing a program to rebuild the file.
