I ran a csv test using the IB statement FILE (LUN) CSV. It does use the method of putting a pair of double quotes in place of a double quote in a string field. The spreadsheet software then interprets this a a single double quote. Since nobody complained I'll look in to having the Reporter do this. Hopefully it won't cause problems after all theses years of doing it the other way.
