I discovered that although the license for this customer was updated, the CA host has not been restarted i quite a while. Apparently, the CB program depends on a current license. After I was able to restart the CA host the CB worked fine. Maybe a better message in that line would help but all is well.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
