Are you getting all three of these messages? This what you should get if COSWIN can't find GRANT.DLL (#1 and #2). CMAINT puts up message #3.

You might get only messages # 2 and #3 if GRANT.DLL is corrupt in some way. Like, you did a copy within Comet. You can move a DLL around within Comet but a copy will corrupt the file.

Try replacing GRANT.DLL from the original ZIP file.
