Operator performed a hard reboot (STOP|START) on a virtual machine.

Machine is a Virtual Windows 7 32bits running 1 CometAnywhere which is used to compile Comet16 programs that require the use of NOVA.

After the hard reboot, we have a Ghost Connection that will NOT go away.

System uses a Static IP address and a unique profile/node name.

Is there a utility/way to get rid of the Ghost connection without kicking all other users off ?

Using Security Server 18.00 and Comet16 2017.512/17.01 and Comet32 2018.515/17.01
