Assuming you have DocMgr on one of your user menus (users don't have access to READY or QTILITIES) you can add an optional password for any function other than View or Print. Just before your menu calls DocMgr it passes a password message via # buffer. Scroll all the way down to the Options section at the bottom of the page linked below.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
