Customer with DLL problems has a user with a different problem.
Comet locks both sessions and there's no ErrorLog postings.
He gets an E61 on CMONITOR message but that's down the line from the real problem.
Yesterday, he was upgraded to a refurbished Win10 PC with all his apps and Comet installed fresh (516). Only thing that come over from old PC was his Comet shortcut. Rebuilt all the CFG files yesterday.
He's one of five buyers running the same set of programs. On a couple of remote ins, I could see that he was at a QCRT menu trying to run a QCRT program. The run was failing. No DLL involved. Other times he was in a QCRT program when the lockup happened.
What can I pull off of his PC to help diagnose the lockup?
