It's nothing to worry about. The issue is the ProcCount setting in C:\Comet Services\CometNTService.Ini. Your log indicates you are starting 3 processes: CSecSrv.exe, CFileSrv.exe, and CFamNetServe.exe but your ProcCount is set to 4. Since there's no 4th process defined you get an error trying to start it.

Just change the ProcCount to 3 and this error won't happen.
