NAVS2 (Win 7) was, until about a month ago, the CAW Host. In the past it has been erratic with PDF printing. First pdfFactory and then not so badly with Comet PDF. Against advice, the user's IT decided to use "COMET-DocMgr" as the name of the PDF driver.
NAVS2 still hosts L41, L51, and L52. LP1, LP2, and LP3 are local printers only used at this workstation. L41 and L51 are located elsewhere and are set up to use their IP port.
About a month ago, I moved the CAW Host to COM2 (Server 2012). Over those weeks the printing has gotten wonky. All full Comet users can still print to L41 and L51 normally. But CAW users are reporting that their print jobs aren't printing.
Today, while testing, I find that Comet will print DIRCAT's to L41 and L51 without complaint but the print job never reaches the printer. Whats also a bit weird is that the same thing happens at the CAW Host.
I've paused both printers at NAVS2. That catches incoming Test Pages but the DIRCATs never appear.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
