Hey Tom. I did try all of the settings for the network card in device manager. Tried a combination of different things, and nothing seemed to have an impact. I turned this off, things sped up, turned it back on, things crawled again.

There are 2 other things I've found to help speed up slow network connections.

1. Disable IPV6 if you're not using it.
2. Disable Global Autotuning on anything Windows 7 or newer (requires reboot after disable)
