printing a character on a windows form

I need to print a character on a form I am creating. It is No where the o has an line underneath. I am told it is a European way of designating number. When I go to the Arial character set, the map says it is U+2116. I've tried every combination I can think of but it is not generating correctly. And Yes, I included the LfCharset$ = intel(ansi.Charset) instruction. Has anyone found a way to do this?
