The only change in .516 was for you. It was the change to copy the .dll if the size of the destination file was 0 bytes. If you want to know which version they were on previously, open Comet.log in a text editor and look back thru the history. If the file hasn't been truncated because of size (>20mb) you should be able to see the version reported every time they start Comet.
