You are definitely running Comet32 and the Comet32 compiler. You are not running version 517, however. You are running version 510. I can see the Comet32 compiler being invoked by this log entry:
CFAM: Connected user "CosM32" to LOCAL Server "BLCMT" - CometServe32 Version 18.01
CosM32 is the Comet32 compiler. What makes you think you are running the Comet16 compiler? Which version of the REL release are you on? You can see the version at the top left of the QMONITOR screen under "Welcome to Comet".
