Dimensional Weight also works with inches and divide factor is different. We had to use mm/cm because all of our weights are in g (more precise than ounces). USPS requirement is a 3% (+/- 1.5%) variance of actual weight. Our packages are not heavy enough, so +/- 1.5%, for some of our parcels, is about the weight of a single sheet of paper.
Notwithstanding, there is still an issue as to why the result of the first IF statement (when False) influences the calculation inside the 2nd IF.
