Comet Security password running specific program

We have our logins in security set to run a specific program (S on OBJ) at login. They are set to have monitor access. When we go into the QSPOOL or QTILTITY programs and end out of them, we are sent back to enter the password again.

Is there a correction to the qmonitor program that looks the password file and connects the startup program?
