Looked at your PREV() function, does not look suspicious. It crashes on first attempt after you did the POS=EOF...

May I suggest that you print the EXCP in 9220: on the (WC) control line before going ERROR. It is the only part of the screen that is not cleared by the ERROR message.

As for LPP... I have not seen it with PDF printers but I've seen it a lot with Windoze printers. If you get one, you will keep getting it until you restart Comet. Don't know why.
